Monday
When conditioning your hair, comb it through with a wide-tooth comb. This will make it easier and less painful to comb.
Tuesday
Eucalyptus oil stimulates the circulation in your hair scalp and reduces dandruff, making your scalp ideal for faster hair growth.
Wednesday
When conditioning your hair, rinse with cold water. This helps to seal your cuticle making it harder for moisture to enter the hair follicle which causes frizz.
Thursday
Proper hydration is one of the keys to healthy hair. Drink 2 liters of water a day to maintain proper hair growth.
Friday
Hot water can damage your hair the same way the heat from a styling tool does. Use lukewarm water to prevent dehydrating your hair and causing split ends.
